About ADAM Intel
ADAM Intel is the AI product family of USA Telecom Consulting, LLC, a U.S. company founded in 2012 and based in Cornelia, Georgia. We build and operate ADAM so organizations can put AI to work on real operational problems while a person stays in charge of every change.
What we do
ADAM watches networks and systems around the clock, investigates problems and recommends the fix. Our products cover network monitoring (ADAM Pulse), automation (ADAM Core and ADAM Agents), security and compliance (ADAM Secure, ADAM Edge, ADAM Comply), growth (ADAM Demand and ADAM Cite) and fleet service (ADAM Fleet).
How we work
- One job first, with the least access that job needs.
- A named person approves every production change and customer message.
- Every finding, approval and action is logged.
- You can switch ADAM off at any time, using a tested offboarding procedure.
